Indications
In all animals: For relief of pain in colics and other spastic conditions of the abdominal organs; acute and chronic arthritis, rheumatic conditions of muscles and joints, neuritis, neuralgia, tendovaginitis. To relieve spasm due to obstruction of the oesophagus by foreign bodies. In horse: For relief of pain, relaxation of intestinal spasm, for gentle stimulation of peristalsis in colics and in acute dilatation of the stomach; to calm the animal during examination or treatment; in lumbago and tetanus (combined with tetanus antiserum).
Warning & Precautions
Not used in meat or milk producing animals. The hemocytologic condition of the animal should be monitored when prolonged periods of use of Analgin are necessary.

Horses: Max. 10 gm Dogs & cats: 300 mg Analgin is taken Intravenously in acute conditions- or by deep intramuscular injection. Combination of both kinds of injections is possible. Repeated injections may be given without hesitation on the same day. Do not inject Analgin subcutaneously , since this may cause tissular irritation.
Adverse Reactions
Analgin has no adverse effects on circulation, heart, kidneys or other organs. It is well tolerated also by young animals.
