Adcoferine is used in circulatory failure with general or partial vasodilatation and in consequent fall of blood pressure in the course of disease. - It is also of value in various allergic conditions & in shock.

By Intramuscular injection :- Horses and Cattle 3- 10 ml Pig 3-5 ml Calf and foal 3 ml Sheep, goat & dogs ½ -1 ml Duration of treatment: One single dose in emergency.
