Adverse Reactions
- Dryness of the mouth with difficulty in swallowing and thirst. - Mydriasis. - Dryness of the skin. - Decrease heart rate followed by increasing heart rate with tachycardia. - Constipation due to decreasing the motility of intestine.
Contra Indications
- Colonitis, it should be used with caution for any animal suffered from diarrhea. - Atropin sulphate used with caution in animals suffered from muscle weekness.

Dogs & Cats : 30 -100 mcg / kg . of body weight As a partial antidote to organophosphorous poisoning for all species 1 mg / kg of body weight, repeated if necessary .
